Justin was truly amazing! I had not bought a car in 13 year (RIP MINI). I test drove 8 cars and not only was the Mazda the best product (CX-30) but Justin was the best salesman. Initially, I went in for a test drive, not once did he try to sell me the car, he let me test drive, I asked questions and he gave me great information. I went back in for a second test drive and then we started talking numbers. Three days later I set up an appointment to purchase, I felt he was on my side when we started negotiating trade in value and final price. The whole experience was A+ AND I love my new car

Everyone here is nice, but Mr. Ed Burrow was my salesman and he was excellent. He was patient, kind, and worked with my situation. He was very thorough in answering anything I asked and made sure I had what I needed. I intend to keep my new car until the wheels fall off, so my only regret is that I won't have another opportunity to purchase a car from him for many years! But I will happily recommend him for friends and family and for anyone looking for a car.
The service department took care of me and my vehicle adequately and quickly. Amandalynn kept me up with updates and the technician did a good job on the video inspection they offer. Would definitely go back when my vehicle needs service again.
Arrived before 7:30 AM so first in line. Condition: Light for possible trouble in braking system. At 10 AM got inspection video about tire tread depth etc. NOTHING ABOUT THE LIGHT. ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON. Told they were working on it. 12:30 PM, left to go home in another car because still no information. Called and came back about 1:45 PM because car was needed to go to work. Told they did a software update and were testing the car. Prognosis of success is unknown. Felt like we were being strung along. Others came and went while we sat there. UNSAT.
